Delhi Development Authority vs Skipper Construction & Anr.

The Supreme Court directed the release of funds for public advertisement expenses incurred by the Justice P.K. Bahri Commission, amounting to Rs. 55614 and Rs. 88408.12, to be paid to Adknack Advertising Agency. The Court also addressed the transfer of appeals related to the Barakhamba Property from the Delhi High Court, deciding that these should be disposed of by the Delhi High Court expeditiously, with a special bench constituted for this purpose. Additionally, the Court noted the need to investigate the diversion of funds collected for the Barakhamba Road property, as there were disputes regarding the allocation of these funds to other projects, including Jhandewalan property.
