V.C., G.B. PANT UNIVERSITY OF AGR.TECH. vs KEWAL NAND

The Court noted that the Research Assistants were not initially recognized as teachers under university statutes, which affected their pay-scale eligibility. The Court affirmed that the Board of Management's resolution to classify them as teachers and grant the revised pay-scale was valid and should be implemented from the specified date.
