KHODAY DISTILLERIES vs REGISTRAR GENERAL,SUPREME COURT OF INDIA

The Supreme Court dismissed the writ petition filed under Article 32, challenging the validity of the judgment in Khoday Distilleries Ltd. vs. State of Karnataka, reported in 1995 (1) SCC 574, on the grounds of alleged violation of natural justice. The Court held that the civil appeals were indeed heard on merits and that the petitioners were given opportunities to present supplementary submissions.
