The Court emphasized that interim orders should not grant relief that can only be provided at the final disposal of the writ petition, referencing the case of State of J & K vs. Mohd. Yaqboob Khan & Ors. The Court requested the High Court to first consider the modification application filed by the appellants before passing any further orders.
