The Court noted that its previous observations regarding remanding the case to the Tribunal could misinterpret the efficacy of its prior judgment in Dr. Mahabal Ram v. Indian Council of Agricultural Research, and thus decided to delete those observations to prevent misunderstanding. The Court upheld the integrity of its earlier ruling without altering the outcome of the case.
