RATTAN CHAND HIRA CHAND vs ASKAR NAWAZ JUNG (DEAD) BY L.RS. AND ORS.

The Court found that the advance of Rs.75,000 and the share in the estate were inseparable parts of the same contract, thus rendering the entire agreement unenforceable. Consequently, the appeal was dismissed, affirming the lower courts' decisions that the plaintiff could not recover the advanced amount.
