STATE OF PUNJAB AND ANOTHER vs DINA NATH

The Court found that the High Court erred in granting a permanent injunction against the auction of the respondent's property, which was initiated for recovery of revenue due to the state. Consequently, the appeal was allowed, and the High Court's order was set aside.
