U.P. CO-OPERATIVE CANE UNION FEDERATION LTD. & ANOTHER vs LILADHAR & OTHERS

The appeal was dismissed, affirming the High Court's ruling that there was no compulsory arbitration provision for such disputes under the applicable laws.
