REV. SIDHAJBHAI SABHAI AND OTHERS V. vs STATE OF BOMBAY AND ANOTHER

The Supreme Court held that the right of minorities to establish and administer educational institutions under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of India includes the right to manage such institutions without undue interference from the state.
