The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 91 dated 22.04.2021 under Sections 323, 324, 148 and 149 of IPC (Section 201 of IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Kharar, District S.A.S. Nagar and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-4). 2. This Court vide order dated 18.02.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3.
