Present petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction to respondent to take legal criminal action against the accused persons for impersonation for opening bank accounts with Section 34 Branch Office of the Bank where an accused Manreet Singh has impersonated himself as Narender Jeet Singh and got the bank account opened and thus, committed offence of cheating on the public exchequer, money laundering and forgery. 2. Perusal of the case file would show that the pettitioner had already approached this Court by way of filing of CRM-M No.53913 of 2023, wherein the petitioner has challenged the order dated 19.10.2019 (Annexure P-6) seeking re-investigation in FIR No.450 dated 01.10.20
