The present appeal is preferred against the judgment and decree dated 23.11.2009 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Muktsar Sahib, as well as judgment and decree dated 13.10.2011 passed by learned District Judge, Muktsar Sahib, whereby the civil suit filed by the Avtar Singh (since deceased) i.e. father of respondents No.1 to 3 and husband of respondent No.4, was decreed in his favour and the appeal preferred by the appellants was dismissed, respectively. 2.
