By way of the present petition filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.258/2023 dated 06.10.2023 under sections 22/29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (‘NDPS Act’) at P.S.: Special Cell, Delhi. 2. At the outset Mr. Akshay Bhandari, learned counsel for the petitioner has explained that his earlier regular bail petition bearing BAIL APPLN. No.1526/2025 was dismissed as withdrawn, since the petitioner wanted to file a fresh bail petition with additional grounds and documents. 3. Notice on this petition was issued on 11.
