In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioner is qua the Notification dated 16.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) with regard to Reservation of Wards of the Municipal Council, Ajnala that the respondents have illegally and arbitrarily reserved the wards for Castes/Backward Schedule Classes/Women Category for the upcoming election of Municipal Council, Ajnala. 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to file a representation for considering his objection to the Notification dated 16.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) qua Reservation of Wards of the Municipal Council
