The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the inquiry report dated 20.08.2018 (Annexure P-18) and the impugned punishment order dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure P-22) along with the Administrative order dated 29.02.2024 (Annexure P-20) stopping two increments of the petitioner. Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release all stopped increments with arrears, refund the amount already recovered from the petitioner’s salary along with interest @ 9% per annum and grant all consequential benefits forthwith. 2.
