Prayer in the petition is for initiation of proceedings under Article 215 of the Constitution read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 (for short, ‘the Act’), against the respondent for willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in CWP-PIL- 80-2025 vide order dated 25.08.2025 (Annexure P-1). The operative part of the same is extracted hereunder:- “5. The petitioner has already made a representation dated 06.03.2025 (Annexure P-10) to respondent No.6-Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram, which is directed to be decided on its own merits within a period of 30 days after affording due and sufficient opportunity to the other side. 6.
