The instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned instructions dated 28.11.2025 (Annexure P-7), whereby the respondents have reduced the pension of the petitioners without approval of the competent authority; for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the pension of the petitioners in accordance with methodology as per instructions dated 29.10.2021 (Annexure P-4), including the installments of arrears of the revised pension as per the recommendations of the Pay Commission and acceptance thereof along with interest @ 18% per annum; further to hold that the petitioners are entitled to continue to have their pension revised and SANJEEV KUMAR 202
