By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief : "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing the respondent passport authority to re-issue passport in favour of petitioner in view of his passport Application No. 10263213 dated 19.05.2025 of petitioner, within specific period." 3.
