The present writ petition was filed challenging the order dated 29.12.2025 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Kanpur Dehat by way of which the application for recognition as a Junior High School as per the Government Order dated 26.09.2023 has been rejected; on the ground that the playground of the Institution, in question, is not as per the norms of the Government Order dated 26.09.2023 and quality teachers have not been employed while the salary of the teachers are also not being disbursed in their bank account. 3.
