By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 03.09.2025 and the award dated 02.12.2025 passed by the Zonal Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Agra (hereinafter referred to as the “MSE Facilitation Council”). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Facilitation Council, while dealing with the reference instituted by the petitioner under the provisions of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, initially observed by order dated 03.09.2025 that since the exact liability could not be ascertained, the petitioner’s claim was liable to be rejected and, thereafter, proceeded to pass the final award dated 02.12.2025 dismissing the reference. 4.
