Heard Sri Suresh Chandra Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Shri Nagesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred praying inter alia for the following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 20.04.2026 issued by the Respondent No. 3 to file Objection Application within 15 days failing with Demolishing Proceeding will be initiated against the petitioner; ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents Authorities to make payment of compensation to the petitioner for land and building both of Arazi No. 321 situated in Village Sarafuddinpur, Post and Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh."
