The present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner to provisionally appear in the examination of subject "Mathematics", of the second semester of the Batch-2021 in the examination of Diploma in Elementary Education-2026. Since the question involved is purely legal in nature the present writ petition is being decided by the consent of the parties at the admission stage itself. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has taken admission in the D.El.Ed. Course in the Global Education Center, Shipramau, District Kannauj in the Batch 2021-23 and as per the National Council of Teachers Education (Recognition, Norms and Procedure) Regulation-2014,
