Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to reissue the fresh passport to the petitioner in pursuance of application dated 29.05.2023 bearing file No. LK 10779962232823 pending before it since 2023 within a stipulated period." 4.
