The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 19.6.2023 passed by the Commissioner, Vindhyachal Region, Vindhyachal in Case No. 2066 of 2016 under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 2.3.2016 passed by the District Magistrate rejecting the petitioner's application for grant of an arms licence, has been dismissed and the order of the District Magistrate has been affirmed. 3.
