Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 03 to forthwith open/de-seal the premises of petitioner situated at House no. 54, Ward no. 2, Mausampur Maurara, Kannauj. ii. Issue a direction to the respondent no. 03 to decide the petitioner application dated 29.10.2025 within stipulated time frame. iii. Issue any other writ order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
