The petitioner by means of present writ petition has prayed for the following main relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to renew the passport of petitioner bearing current passport no. N6476995 which is valid from 22.12.2015 to 21.12.2025 within a stipulated time, in the interest of justice, otherwise the applicants shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3.
