The petitioner, by means of present writ petition, has sought for following relief; "(a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quashing the order dated 23.04.2026 which is passed by the respondent No. 3 in arbitrary manner (b) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the Respondent No. 2 and 3 to issuing the permission to continue the trade fair by the organizers upto 10.05.2026 and extend the period of the aforesaid trade fair in between when the trade fair was close, due to cancellation of the permission by the respondent No. 3" 3.
