The petitioner by means of present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents/authorities/specially the respondent no.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner and re-issue a passport in favour of the petitioner in respect of application reference No.26-0050655150 dated 14.01.2026 and Passport No.L9568534 issuance dated 16.05.2014 forthwith in accordance with law." 3. The petitioner
