By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has sought for following relief; "i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents herein to issue police verification certificate as well as passport in favour of petitioner for travelling outside the country by ignoring the Case Crime No. 131 of 2025 under Section 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Jahanaganj, District Azamgarh within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
