The case of the petitioner is that M/s Shivani Fresh Foods through its partner has taken financial assistance from the petitioner-Bank, however, the borrower did not stick to the timelines and did not maintain its financial discipline owing to which proceedings stood initiated under the provisions contained under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
