Sri Sunil Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he is well equipped with the instructions and the instructions are self-sufficient for disposal of the writ petition and he does not propose to file any further affidavit and the petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record, thus with the consent of the parties, writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioners is that the husband of the petitioner no. 1 deceased Rakesh Kumar and the son of the petitioners no. 2 and 3 was travelling by train with a reservation journey ticket no. 08696503 from Surat to Bahnan Railway station from a running train on 20.02.2023 sustained injuries and expired. A petition under Secti
