The present petition has been filed challenging the orders of respondent nos.2 and 3, dated 24.04.2026 and 14.11.2025, respectively, passed in proceedings under Rule 103 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. 3. Facts of the case, in nutshell, are that petitioner is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, running Madarsa. The society purchased the land in dispute through registered sale deed on 28.08.2014. The said sale deed was executed in favour of petitioner society and Sarparast, who was Samshul Huda Khan, at that point of time. One Abdul Karim, the predecessor in interest of the respondent nos.4 and 5, filed a complaint b
