Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The solitary grievance of the petitioner(s) is that only 10 % amount of the award has been directed to be released in favour of the claimant(s)/petitioner(s) by the impugned award of the Railway Accident Claims Tribunal dated 27.9.2023, which is inequitable, unjust and grossly inadequate. It defeats the purpose of award of compensation for death caused to the son of the present petitioner(s) in a railway accident. 3. A perusal of the record reveals that in a railway accident occurred on 7.7.2018 of deceased namely Dileep Kumar, who is son of the petitioner(s) suffered fatal injuries and died.
