By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the notice dated 18.04.2026 issued to the petitioner under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 3.
