The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 31.5.2025 passed by respondent No.1; (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding, directing the respondent no.1 to release the F.D.R. amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- in favour of the petitioners/claimants." 5. The case of the petitioners, who are two in number, is that petitioner No.1 is the wife of the deceased Babu Lal and petitioner No.2 is the son of the deceased Babu Lal.
