Mr. Vineet Kumar Sahu, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, respondent nos. 3 and 4, in particular the former, has obtained impugned order dated 25th February, 2026, behind the back of his client. Thereby, respondent no. 2 (the Executive Engineer) has directed electricity connection be given to respondent no. 3 in the premises of his client. He draws attention to order dated 15th February, 2025 made by the civil Court in original suit no. 698 of 2018 (Smt. Shahana Naqvi vs. Mohammad Syed Abbas and others) directing status quo in respect of his client's premises. He then refers to Lekhpal's report dated 1st September, 2018 to submit, respondent no. 3 claiming to be occupier of premises no. 659/339-A is raising a bogey inasmuch as there is only premises no. 659-A.
