Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:- “(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent No. 2 to the issue fresh passport petitioner for employment at abroad as possible within stipulated period and further direct the respondent No. 4 not to make impediment in making verification for issue passport to the petitioner on account of alleged first information report. (B) Issue writ, order a or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent No. 4 not to make in impediment verification for issue passport making to the petitioner on account of the alleged first infor
