Heard Ms. Sarita Jhingan, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 4 and Sri Avinash Chandra Srivastava for the respondent no.5. 2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of respondent no.3 dated 7.5.2025 passed in revision arising out of proceedings under Section 198(4) of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950. 3. Facts of the case, as borne out from the writ petition, are that by the resolution of the Land Management Committee dated 21.1.1994, the allotment of the land in dispute was made in favour of 30 persons, which was approved by the order dated 10.2.1994 in respect of 27 persons only. On the report of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chhata, District Mathura dated 1.6.1994, suo motu proceedings under Section 198(4) of the Act of 1950 for cancellation of the aforesaid allo
