The present petition has been filed challenging the orders of the respondent nos.2, 3 and 4 dated 10.03.2026, 23.10.2024 and 20.01.2016, respectively, arising out of proceedings under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act, 1901. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the land in dispute belongs to one Nazmul Hasan, who had two wives. The petitioner is the son born through his first wife, whereas, respondent no.6 is the widow of the son from the second wife.
