The present petition has been filed challenging the order of respondent no.2 - Chairman, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow, dated 17.03.2026, passed in Transfer Application No.TA/872/2026, filed by the respondent no.3. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as the local MLA of District Banda, where the property in dispute is situated, is interested in the matter and he is influencing the Member of the Board of Revenue where Revision No.567 of 2017 filed by the respondent no.3 is pending, therefore, the said revision be transferred before another Member.
