With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is finally disposed of without inviting counter affidavit. 3. Brief facts of the case are that village- Bithamai, Pargana & Tehsil Bisauli, District Badaun came under consolidation operation through notification dated 1.5.1986 under Section-4 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as the "U.P. C.H. Act"). During consolidation operation, final orders were passed by the consolidation authorities by which the names of the petitioners were ordered to be recorded.
