Brief facts of the case are that Village-Rampur Chit, Pargana Kopa Chit Sharki, Tehsil & District-Ballia came under the Consolidation operation by way of notification issued under Section 4 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as the U.P.C.H. Act) on 10.8.1999. Village in question is still under Consolidation operation in spite of expiry of more than 25 years. The petitioners along with others filed a Writ B No.3530 of 2024 before this Court which was disposed of vide order dated 10.9.2024 directing the Consolidation Commissioner to decide the representation of the petitioner within period of six months.
