Brief facts of the case are that chak objection has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with the prayer that petitioners' chak should be allotted in the manner so that petitioner's frontage to the road- side plot be maintained according to his share in plot no.101 which has been dismissed by the Consolidation Officer vide order dated 7.11.2025. Against the order of the Consolidation Officer dated 7.11.2025, chak appeal was filed before the Settlement Officer of the Consolidation under Section 21(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 with the prayer that petitioner's chak be allotted in the western side of plot
