Brief facts of the case are that village in question was notified under Section 4 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as "U.P.C.H. Act") and village in question was notified under Section 52 of U.P.C.H. Act on 12.8.2023. An objection under Section 9-A (2) of U.P.C.H. Act was filed by petitioner under Section 9-A (2) of U.P.C.H. Act against the basic year entry of the plot in question on 23.9.2025 along with application under Section 5 of Limitation Act. Consolidation Officer vide order dated 5.01.2026 rejected the objection as not maintainable on the ground that the village in question has been notified under Section 52 of U.P.C.H. Act on 12.8.2023.
