The present writ petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the respondent nos. 2 & 3, dated 09.01.2026 & 19.12.2022, respectively. 3. Facts of the case are that the land in dispute is the ancestral property of Kamta Singh, Durgpal Singh @ Devi Dayal and Durg Vijay Singh, inherited from their father, late Amar Singh, who had left behind properties in four villages, namely Sikandarpur, Bhogaon, Lalupur and Mudholi in District Mainpuri. 4. Durgpal Singh @ Devi Dayal went missing. During the consolidation operations in Village Sikandarpur, Bachchu Singh and Bahar Singh moved an application under Section 12 of the U.P. 2 WRIT – B No. - 1077 of 2026
