The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider these teachers to have been appointed in the council primary school since 1997. Considering that appointment date, teachers whose age is less than 60 years should be accommodated in council primary schools and given appointment letters. And with all the benefits, back date payment should be made from the year 1997 till date and they should be given pension in future.
