Salary of the petitioner has been reduced vide order dated 08.02.2026 passed by the Team consisting as many as 7 Members headed by the Superintendent of Police, Banda. By the aforesaid order, the salary of the petitioner has been revised w.e.f. 01.01.2006, copy of which is appended as Annexure-1 to the writ petition. 2. Petitioner while working on the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector was superannuated from his services on 31.01.2026. After his retirement his pay scale was revised by the team consisting of as many as 7 Members headed by the Superintendent of Police, Banda vide order dated 18.02.2026, hence the present writ petition. By the aforesaid order, salary of the petitioner has been revised w.e.f. 01.01.2006. 3. It is argued that before passing the aforesaid order, no notice or opportunity has been provided. It is further argued that the aforesaid order is perse illegal and liable to be set aside,
