Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned order dated 19.1.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 2. b. Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondents Authorities, not to give effect the punishment order of censure entry in the forthcoming promotion of the petitioner to the next higher post, and same may be considered notwithstanding the aforesaid punishment." 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that while awarding censure entry to the petitioner absolutely no reason has been assigned by the respondents to discard petitioner's explanation. 3.
