Heard Shri Rohit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 3. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that identical orders passed in respect of different similarly situated persons were challenged by them by filing different writ petitions. Counsel for the petitioner placed reliance upon the decision taken in the case of Vishnu Kumar Yadav, Pno. 112386968 Vs. State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Home Lko. 3 Others (Writ A No.2028 of 2026) decided on February 25, 2026. The order dated February 25,
