The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 03.10.2025 passed by the Assistant Regional Manager, UPSRTC, Banda (respondent no.3), whereby his services as a contractual conductor have been terminated. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.3 passed the termination order without properly appraising the medical prescriptions furnished by the present petitioner before the disciplinary authority concerned, and the impugned termination order has been passed in a cavalier manner without due application of mind and without properly appreciating the medical prescriptions and other materials placed on record by the petitioner. 4.
